Return Process

  Ensure your item or digital code is unused and in its original packaging; please note that activated or redeemed digital gift cards are non-refundable.

  Initiate a Request

  Log into your account dashboard and navigate to 'Order History' to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package and Ship

  For physical goods, securely pack the item with the provided prepaid shipping label; for digital goods, simply await the verification of the deactivated code.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
